Rouses Group Home Rouses Group Home Stoneville, NC Stoneville, NC Full-time Full-time $15 an hour $15 an hour PROGRAM OVERSIGHT DUTIES Consumers o Ensure consumers' needs are meet, including doctor appointments, special dietary needs, procurement of leisure items, household supplies, etc.
o Ensure consumers' daily activity schedules are implemented to include choice and alternative activities o Ensure consumer goals and objectives are implemented in accordance to PCP o Ensure consumers understand their rights and are free from abuse and neglect o Maintain ongoing communication with guardians, legally responsible representatives and/or family members of consumers (with in scope of your position) o Maintain communication with Lead Staff regarding program needs, changes in active treatment status and/or health and well being needs of the consumers served o Observe, monitor household chore list to ensure all consumers are engaged as independently as possible o Provide direction and leadership toward the achievement of the organization's philosophy, mission and its annual goals and objectives o Conduct daily house meeting to discuss house and/or consumer issues o Maintain adequate finance records for each consumer in accordance to RGH Consumer Finance Policies o Immediate notification to Administration of Incident Reporting (particularly if there is suspect of medical attention required or abuse, neglect or a Restrictive Intervention Utilized as a part of a behavioral support plan.
) Staff o Supervise direct care staff and other support staff to ensure that the daily activity schedule is followed o Ensure daily, monthly and quarterly documentation is completed in a timely manner to meet Mental Health and DHSR regulatory guidelines o Plan and conduct weekly house meetings o Conduct regular monitoring of medication administration record and provide feedback to staff.
House Management o Broad administration and support - support house operation o Ensure the home is clean and well maintained o Ensure implementation of fire and tornado drills o Monitor for needed repairs and their timely completion and correction o Ensures each home is equipped with emergency supplies in the event of a hazard o Ensure that materials needed for house operation such as medications, groceries and cleaning supplies are available o Ensure company vehicles are maintained and routine maintenance is completed as needed o Ensure implementation and oversight of facility safety standards and regulations in the day program o Conduct and document House Fire and Tornado Drills monthly o Adhere, enforce and participate in the implementation and ongoing oversight of all RGH safety standards and regulations o Performs emergency medical procedures as needed in accordance to RGH Emergency Management Procedures and OSHA regulations o Ensure a clean, safe and orderly environment by performing general cleaning and housekeeping o Ensure maintenance and/or outside contractors keep appliances and equipment functional and operational

Maintain client finances, liability certification and client review weekly.
o Physical Requirements Must be able to operate a variety of equipment (e.

wheel chairs, lifts, etc.
).
Must be able to exert up to seventy-five pounds of force occasionally and/or frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
Physical demands are in excess of sedentary work; position requires walking, standing, reaching, fingering, stooping, etc.
Will lift no more than forty pounds independently.
Must be able to lift and/or carry weights of up to one hundred and seventy-five pounds with assistance.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
